Apple News:Rumor: Supply chain expects Apple to grow Mac production in second half of 2015

Rumor: Supply chain expects Apple to grow Mac production in second half of 2015
The new rumor comes on the heels of Apple's latest on quarterly earnings report, in which it revealed it shipped 4.7 million Macs during the June quarter. That was an increase of 9 percent year-over-year, amidst continued declines in the overall, Windows-dominated PC market.

Music to my ears. I think the other Apple Music is great, but this is the music I wanted to hear.

Apple News:Don’t expect your fancy new top-level domain to give you an SEO boost, says Google | 9to5Google

Don’t expect your fancy new top-level domain to give you an SEO boost, says Google | 9to5Google: "With companies now able to apply to use their own brand as a top-level domain (TLD), there have been suggestions that doing this might be an easy way to get a boost in search-engine rankings. For example, that Samsung using something like http://www.phones.samsung might get more hits than the usual samsung.com domain. Not so, says Google … "
Not so, says Google. Tried and true is still true blue.

Apple News:Filters for iPhone up for new ownership shortly after launch | Cult of Mac

Filters for iPhone up for new ownership shortly after launch | Cult of Mac: "It’s a pretty decent value when you look at the success Filters has accumulated since its fairly recent launch in March of this year. Rundle outlines on Medium that the app has made just shy of $21,000 in revenue from the roughly 30,500 copies he sold. There are no in-app purchases and the app itself costs only $0.99. It peaked at number 16 in Top Paid apps in the U.S. and number three in Top Paid in the photos category."
Essentially proof that selling iPhone apps is not really a viable business. Nice hobby though. Unless you can ante up with some millions in marketing dollars.

Apple partner TSMC to mass produce 10nm chips by early 2017, on pace to beat Intel: "TSMC announced this week that its 10-nanometer technology remains on schedule, according to DigiTimes. The news comes a day after Intel revealed that its own 10-nanometer process has been delayed until the second half of 2017."
Once mighty, still mighty, mighty naughty.
